SOL 332 is the metallic grey answer to a silver objection: facades that need serious solar work without the mirror look. Applied to the outside face it rejects 79% of total solar energy at a solar factor of 0.21, reflecting 47% away before it enters the glass and letting through only 12%.
Reflectiv's description is written for architects: the film keeps the glass's transparency and does not disperse light, so the view stays sharp rather than hazed. UVA transmission is held to 5%, application needs 5°C or warmer, and fire behaviour is Euroclass B-s1,d0. Stopping the sun at the outer face is also why exterior films are the safe pattern on large sealed units.
It is a discontinued line, installed while stock lasts. Rolls are 1.52 metres wide, the warranty is five years, durability is quoted at 12 to 15 years vertical in central Europe, and the maintenance rule is Reflectiv's usual: thirty days untouched, then non-abrasive, ammonia-free cleaning.
Which glass it suits
SOL 332 goes on the outside face of any normal clear glass, including sealed double-glazed units. The pane must be free of dust and grease, polycarbonate needs a compatibility test first, and since the line is discontinued the sensible move is to survey and reserve stock in one step.
