What we collect when you contact us, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
This covers film.protekdevices.com.pk, the window films site of Protek Devices. Last updated 2026-08-03.
Only what you type into the enquiry form or the film finder, and only when you submit it. That is your name and phone number, which are required so we can reply; and optionally your email address, city, sector, what you need the film for, and whatever you tell us about the project.
Where the enquiry came from is recorded with it: which page you were on, whether it came through the finder, the site that linked you to us, and any campaign tag carried by the link you followed. Your IP address and browser user-agent are recorded too; those two are kept to spot automated abuse of the form, not to build any profile of you.
Which pages get read is counted by Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies so it can tell one visit from the next. We use it to see which pages earn enquiries and which earn nothing. The advertising and ad-personalisation signals it is capable of collecting are switched off, so none of this feeds ad targeting, and blocking the cookies costs you no part of the site.
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange a site survey. That is the whole of it. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for marketing.
Enquiries are stored in Google Firestore and emailed to our team. If you choose to continue the conversation on WhatsApp, that message goes through WhatsApp and is subject to their terms, not ours — sending it is your choice and the enquiry reaches us either way.
Our hosting is Google Firebase, which means the site and its data sit on Google infrastructure. Standard server logs are kept by Google for their own operational purposes.
Enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them — through the quote, the survey, the installation, and the warranty period that follows, since a warranty claim years later depends on our still having the record. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we do not need it indefinitely, and you can ask us to remove it at any point.

Fonts and photographs are served from this site itself — the ones that used to be requested from Google Fonts and Unsplash were moved onto our own hosting. Loading a page here makes no request to any other company, apart from Google Analytics as described above. Links you choose to follow are a different matter: tapping WhatsApp hands you to Meta's app, and our business listing opens Google.
If this changes we will update the date at the top. There is no version history worth keeping; what is written above is what the site does today.
