UV rejection

Cheap tint cooks, glares and turns purple.

Dyed film blocks light but not much heat, fades to purple within a season, and bubbles when the fit is rushed. Meanwhile your dashboard cracks and the cabin still bakes in the car park.

Quality automotive film works differently: ceramic and spectrally selective layers reject infrared heat at lighter shades, hold their colour for the life of the car, and keep the glass clear for safe night driving.

In short

Good automotive film keeps the cabin cooler by rejecting infrared heat, blocks up to 99% of UV to protect skin and the interior, stays colour stable instead of fading to purple, and is fitted professionally for a clean, bubble-free, warrantied finish.

The problem

What sunlight does to an untreated car.

Four things untreated automotive glass gets wrong, and the film that fixes each one.

01

A cabin that bakes

Parked in the sun, the cabin becomes an oven and the dash and seats burn to the touch.

Heat-rejecting film keeps the cabin noticeably cooler.
02

Blinding glare while driving

Low sun and oncoming headlights wash out the road and tire your eyes.

Quality tint cuts glare for safer, calmer driving.
03

UV on skin & interior

Long drives expose skin to UV and slowly crack and fade the dashboard and trim.

Automotive film blocks the vast majority of UV.
04

Privacy & security

Visible valuables invite break-ins, and passengers want to travel out of sight.

Darker films keep the cabin and contents discreet.

Fitted right

A clean fit with no bubbles, warrantied.

Trained installers fit premium film for a flawless finish, on a single car or a whole fleet, with a consistent specification across every vehicle and a manufacturer warranty.

Why it's worth the upgrade

Comfort and protection you feel every drive.

Reject heat, cool the cabin

Ceramic films reject a large share of infrared so the cabin heats up less in the sun and the air conditioning cools faster on the move.

Block UV, protect skin & trim

Up to 99% UV rejection guards against sun damage to skin on long drives and stops the dashboard, leather and trim from cracking and fading.

Colour stable, clear at night

Premium film holds its shade without the purple fade of dyed tint and keeps high clarity for safe night vision and privacy at rest.

Common questions

Car film, answered.

Does automotive film reduce heat without going very dark?

Yes. Modern ceramic and spectrally selective automotive films reject a large share of infrared heat at lighter shades, so the cabin stays cooler without needing an almost black tint. Heat rejection comes from the film technology, not just how dark it looks.

Will the tint turn purple or bubble over time?

No. Quality colour stable and ceramic films do not use dyes that fade to purple, and a professional fit prevents the bubbling associated with cheap film. We fit premium automotive film with a manufacturer warranty.

Is the film legal and safe for night driving?

We advise on shade choices appropriate for visibility and local rules, and recommend lighter, high clarity films on the windshield and front glass so night vision stays clear while still rejecting heat and UV.

Can you film a whole fleet?

Yes. We handle fleet and corporate vehicle programmes with consistent film specification across every vehicle and scheduling that fits your operations. Contact us to arrange a fleet quote.
