Film for buildings that can't compromise.

Solar, safety and security film for offices, banks, hospitals and towers, specified elevation by elevation. You get a site survey, a written specification and one point of contact from quote to handover.

A glass building is a system. We treat it like one.

Curtain walls heat up, glare lands on trading floors, and a broken pane in a banking hall is a real risk. One film for the whole building will not do: each elevation faces the sun differently and each occupancy has its own safety brief.

We survey the building, specify the right film per elevation and glazing type, and install with a managed, phased schedule that keeps your floors working. One contact owns the project end to end.

In short

Commercial window film cuts a building's solar heat gain and cooling load, controls glare on screens, and holds glass together against impact and blast, installed floor by floor with minimal disruption and a single project contact.

The problem

What untreated glass costs a building.

Four ways a glazed facade works against an organisation, and the film that fixes each one.

01

Soaring cooling costs

Glass towers absorb enormous solar heat, and the air conditioning bill follows it up every floor.

Solar film cuts facade heat load across the whole building.
02

Security & duty of care

Glass at street level is exposed to break-ins, blast and accidental breakage near people.

Safety film protects occupants and holds glass in its frame.
03

Glare in workspaces

Sun falls straight onto monitors and meeting tables, so blinds stay shut all afternoon.

Spectrally selective film removes glare without darkening rooms.
04

Brand & confidentiality

Clear glass exposes boardrooms and reception, and leaves the frontage unbranded.

Frosted and branded films add privacy and identity.

Performance at scale

Lower cooling load, safer glass.

Cutting solar gain across large glazed areas lets the cooling plant run less to hold setpoint. On sites that need it, anti-shatter and blast grades hold the glass together against impact and forced entry, which matters in a banking hall or a mission building.

Glare and comfort

Blinds up, screens readable.

Sun landing straight on desks means the blinds stay shut and the floor loses its daylight and its view together. Spectrally selective film takes out the glare and the heat at the glass and leaves the rest.

Why facility teams choose film

Performance the building feels, and the budget shows.

Cut HVAC load & energy cost

Reducing solar gain through large glazed areas lets cooling plant run less to hold setpoint, lowering running costs on the elevations that face the sun.

Protect people & assets

Safety and security film holds glass in place under impact, smash and grab and blast, which matters in banking halls, embassies and government buildings.

Kill glare, keep the view

Spectrally selective films cut glare on screens and trading floors while staying clear, so workspaces stay usable without blinds drawn all day.

How a project runs

Managed from survey to handover.

STEP 01

Site survey & spec

A specialist visits, measures each elevation, checks glazing type and writes a film specification matched to your safety and energy goals.

STEP 02

Quote & schedule

You receive a written quote and a phased installation plan, floor by floor or after hours, built around your operations.

STEP 03

Install & warranty

Our own teams install to spec with minimal disruption, hand over the completed work and register the manufacturer warranty.

Common questions

Commercial film, answered.

Can window film be installed on an occupied office without disruption?

Yes. Commercial installs are scheduled in phases, floor by floor or after hours, so work proceeds with minimal disruption to staff. Most films are applied from inside and a typical elevation is completed in a day or two.

Does solar film really lower a building's cooling costs?

Yes. By cutting solar heat gain through the glass, HVAC plant runs less to hold setpoint, lowering energy use. Savings are largest on east and west elevations and on curtain walls glazed end to end.

What safety standards does anti-shatter film help meet?

Safety and security films hold broken glass together during impact, blast and forced entry, supporting glazing safety and blast mitigation objectives for banks, embassies and government buildings. The right specification is confirmed at survey.

Do you provide a single point of contact for large projects?

Yes. Commercial enquiries are handled by a dedicated sales contact who manages the site survey, written specification, scheduling and installation team for the whole project.
