AFG 100 does a job no other film in this catalogue does: it stops condensation misting a surface. Reflectiv files it under safety films as mirror protection, and its own use list is direct, motorbike helmets, glasses, mirrors and bathroom mirrors, to which the obvious local additions are fridge doors and any glazing in a humid room.

It is a clear 110 micron PET, thick enough that it also secures the mirror it protects: the breaking load is published at 17.5 decanewtons per centimetre, the same figure as Reflectiv's SEC security membranes, so a cracked mirror holds together on the film instead of shedding pieces. Application is internal or external, from 5°C, with Euroclass B-s1,d0 fire behaviour.

Durability is quoted at 12 to 15 years vertical in central Europe, on rolls 1.52 metres wide in 10 or 30 metre lengths. It is designed for all types of glazing, with plexiglass and polycarbonate possible after a compatibility test, and takes non-abrasive cleaning from thirty days after fitting.

On a bathroom mirror it earns its keep every morning: the glass stays readable straight out of a hot shower.
